• No Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or accidental orders.• No Refunds: All payments processed at primedosepens.com are final.• Damaged or Defective Items: The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email primedosepens@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Verified damaged items will be replaced with the same model at no cost to the customer.
